Refund: We do not offer refunds for our courses. Once you join, your account will be activated right away, and we will not provide a refund.
Course Change: If you accidentally buy the wrong course, you can switch to the right one. But if you’ve accessed more than 20% of the wrong course, you won’t be able to change it, and you’ll lose access to the previous course.
Sharability: Our courses and materials are not meant to be shared. If you share them with others, your account will be banned, and you will be removed from all our systems.
Earnings Disclaimer: We do not guarantee that you will earn money from our courses. Some students do very well, while others do not. There is no promise of income with our courses.
Piracy Prevention: If you are caught recording, sharing, or illegally distributing our courses, we will take legal action according to the copyright laws of Bangladesh.
Professionalism: Learning Mate is a professional community. If you behave unprofessionally towards our members, support team, or staff, you will be banned from our platform.
Success & Promotion: When you send us a video or post on our Discord support channel or email us, you allow us to use that material in our marketing.
