1. No Refund Policy: Once you purchase a course, your account is activated immediately, and refunds will not be issued.

2. Course Change Policy: If you mistakenly purchase the wrong course, you can switch to the correct one only if you have accessed less than 20% of the content.

3. Return & Exchange: As our courses are digital, returns or exchanges are not applicable.

4. Dispute Resolution: If you have concerns regarding your purchase, contact us within 24 hours of payment for any corrections.

5. Refund Timeframe: If a refund is granted under special circumstances, it will be processed within 7-14 business days.
